Dryer blowing cold?

If you don't even know where it is then you obviously have not tested it so you don't even know if that is what is causing the lack of heat. It could be a faulty element, broken wire, bad connection on a wire or a fault with the timer or control board. You haven't said what make & model dryer. You need to fault find & test all those things until you find the real cause of the problem. Not just going and buying parts and changing them at random until you happen to strike it lucky. Complete waste of time and money to do it any other way. If you don't know how to fault find or don't have the test meter needed then save yourself a lot of time and money and call in an experienced tech.
