bell box ?

Klaxon/ texecom (merged 2010) no longer manufacture your sounder, have a look at either one of their C, K, or V ranges.

We use a lot of their signaling equipment includeng my fav the master blaster :),

You could drop klaxon signals a sales email but unless you find someone with the activert gathering dust under a counter then I think you out of luck.

Filling the hole's length left by the activert with a replacement is your challenge.

You say it looks shabby, me tell you something now which may be frowned upon but hey times are hard,

Polycarb discolours just like upvvc as it's open to all the elements,(clean it) they come up a real treat with T cut and a bit of elbow grease then a polish :D

the bellbox hasn't been put right back i can still open it up the screws are still showing this one just looks shabby i coul fill the hole in its just i thought you would know if klaxon still sell them bell boxes as i cant see them on the internet

Personally I think having the house rendered 'around' the sounder is one of the most stupid things you can do to the outside of your house.

Where is the rain, that hits the box, going to go?
That's right, down behind the box & under the render.

That's not a good idea, is it? Seen it loads of times, doesn't arf cost a lot to put right.

What happens if you need to take the cover off at silly o'clock in the morning to stop it sounding because water has stuffed the electronics?

guys why worry,any one who lets his bell box be cemented over is an idiot,prob not want to pay an engineer to remove it then replace it,now he has a prob,tough,and with his attiude,he deserves it,sod him

Why the F**K should we know these things?

We fit our own sounder's that meet the required standards regardless of what is ripped out.

If someone has a duff AG6 we not go out and buy a replacement just to suit the facade,

If you can't find activert then find a sounder that is compatible with the panel.
