How can I fix my Neff V43080X0GB washer/drier?

Following breakage of the right-hand drum suspension spring as a result of imbalanced and excessive load, I replaced the spring only to find that the machine appeared effectively dead. There are no lights at all on the front panel. Mains power is reaching the control panel.
I am unable to obtain a wiring diagram for the machine and I would like to know where to look for a broken or disconnected wire. Due to the ready availability of the spring, I suspect that it is a relatively common fault and that therefore there may be common and well known collateral damage. Any info. most gratefully received. Many thanks.
