Mend Roberts RD-50 Radio Low Volume

Roberts RD-50 DAB Radio Low Sound Volume?

Hi

I have a Roberts DAB radio which turns on and tunes into stations perfectly.

The issue is, the volume is extremely low even when turned up to max. This is the same with the headphones also.

I've tested the speaker with another Roberts DAB radio which works just fine.

Any ideas as to what it might be? I've tried three different power supplies as well.
