Mend Docomo D-500 Help Me Broke

can u help me with my d-500 it broke?

well i put my d-500 on its charger because it was low on battery so i put it on the charger an then when i put it on it just starts up then freezes at the bit wen it says d-500 it just flashes after can you please help me?
