Peter, if this a Hotpoint or Indesit, then you have a faulty main module (back of machine). Go to our site at www.emwelec.co.uk and put your model number in the search box. We operate a 'try it and buy it' service whereby you can return a module within 14 days if it does not cure the fault for a refund, less our handling of £12.
