Mend DeLonghi Filled Radiator Turn

We have a delonghi oil filled radiator that doesn't work. ?

When I turn it on it gets warm but then blows the main electric trip to the house. I have done this several times. I live in Northern Ireland near Belfast. Is there anywhere I can get this repaired.
