Thetford Toilet model C350?

My toilet will not flush has a push button, which draws water from caravan tanks via the 12V pump, but when pushing the button nothing happens, looked for fuse and found that it had 3amp fuse which I replaced, but still nothing happens, what else is there to look for or is it electronic. Thetford C350 china bowl model.
