Mend Nissan P12 Sat Nav Green

Nissan primera , sat nav showing green secure sign why?

Could anyone please tell me why my sat nav is showing a secure sign in the middle of my satnav with a green background. It was all working fine then suddenly just showed up . When I first start the car the satnav is fine, then after 5 minutes the secure sign comes on, the CD player and radio doesn't work either but climate control does. Thanks for any assistant.

try disconnecting the battery for 30-40 mins,as the radio+satnav are hardwired,there should be no pin code issues.
