all it does is ask you to do what it says,if it says trip the tamper in each unit in turn do it

its very easy to do a full reset,as acorn said,do you have the manual ??scantronic not deal with the public,only us pros,read the page you got with it,,its not as complicted as you seem to think , it is mate

As you don't even seem to know the correct name of the alarm system you have bought, I suggest you are on a 'hiding to nothing'
Apart from that you won't find anyone here to give out that sort of information, just think about it.
