when my toilet is used it rocks from side to side as if the bolts are broken or loose.I tighten the bolts but it still moves. What should I do to repair it or does it need to be replaced?

common try putting new screws in alot of time people put screws in that are not really long enough. or your floor boards under the toilet have been wet or damp . so the screws can not grip on to anything.
