Mend Renault Power Loss

How can fix power loss on Renault Megane Dynamique cc 2004?

In first gear when starting off the power drops momentarily, then picks up again. No problem with other gears. On an older car i would think the dashpot oil needed topping up as it seems to be starving for petrol.
