Eurosec CP8L & pyronix decibell?

Ahh the faulty sounder was an ADE,totally different to the pyronix.

And yes,the link is fitted at the sounder not the panel,it's for the tamper feed and completes the circuit.What was wrong with the old sounder?.

Thanx e manno.I wasn't sure about a couple of connections or had any idea about the link which i presume is connected across the mentioned connections inside the pyronix?.The connections on the old " now busted " bell box were A to D,completely different to the pyronix.

We can't post diagrams on here and i'am a little concerned that you will get hold of incorrect info from somewhere else,so providing you take care and understand the dangers of working at height then here goes:

SAB TAMP = BT

Bell Hold = B-

Bell - = BA

Bell T = B+

Strobe = STB

And use a wire link between TF and B- to complete the tamper circuit.

For god sake be careful and shut the system down first if you haven't already done so,

Mains off disconnect control backup battery, complete the wiring and fit the sounders cover and so on and so forth.

If there's anything you are unsure of then get a pro out!!,
