can you please help me my L reg mazda mx6 2.5 v6 has it been immobilized?

i dont know how it happend but the starter motor wont even make any noise with the right key in it does not make da beggining "zing" noise when your turning the key, the immobilizer light has started flashing so i think it has been immobilized also if it has been immobilized i think the immobilizer has stopped the electricity from the battey flowing to the starter motor as it has completely gone dead and there is sufficient energy in the battery at the moment
please can you tell me how i can fix this,
please help me as i need this car to drop my wife to work n pick up my son from school
