honda crv sat nav?

Hi there can anybody help tried the force download on my crv sat nav got about halfway then flashed up check disc but could not eject disc left it then it started to download again then did same again could not eject disc so left it then next time i started the car no radio at all the screen is just blank no clock or anything else thanks for now.
