Hi guys thanks for the advice the clean up operation did not work last night. I think it is too much for me to have pir me move by myself I try to seek some help from the experts. Anyway thanks a lot.

yes,not a prob,just remove al power from the panel mains first then open panel ,the out side sounder will go off,ignore it,pull the red wire from the battery,take off the old pir,take note of where the wires go,better still take a picture,then fit new pir wire it up,replace the cover,replace the red wire on the battery,close the cover key in your pin number

Thanks gts I have cleaned as you suggested but have not yet armed the alarm which I will do tonight. Is replacing pir easy?

we are on most nights to help people ,check the sensor ,is it a pir ?check for spiders or cob webs near it,also you may have a spider inside the unit,or the sensor could be faulty,do you have the engineering manual ???you need to do these checkss, then you need to check the voltage at the sensor,you should get between 12.5 to 13,75 volts,but if you open the sensor you will trip the tamper circuit
