oil pressure vauxhall zafira?

you will have to be very careful here,did you get all the old filter debris out?not sure on your engine but it may have a filter housing which unbolts from the block and may need removing to check there is no debris in and around the oil galleries near the filter assy,there is usually an oil pressure relief valve in the system also which may need checking to see if it is seating ok.It seems to much of a coincidence that the filter broke up and now you have oil pressure problems and will depend on where all the debris ended up.The sump may also have to come off to check the oil pick up isn`t blocked,there is usually a gauze filter on the end which could be blocked also.There again it could be a faulty oil press.sw.Not an easy solution but good luck
