its not a small job. you have to drain the oil and water place a jack under the engine and remove the engine mount, remove coil, rocker cover, water pump, locking tools needed to lock the cams two cut out on the end of them, crank locking tool inserts under the exhaust manifold by removing t55 torx plug and inserting timing tool, then remove the crank pulley and the remove side casing, be sure to remove all bolt their are 4 which go through the sump, you will then have access to the chain, remove the tensioner top left, the remove the plastic guides either side, then remove the chain, on refitting you need to loosen the cam sprockets , just iside the head on the cams it a 24mm hex to place a spanner to loosen the sprockets, fit new parts rebuild in reverse order, when side casing is on, place timing tool at the end of the inlet cam to position cam sensor plate, with tool on tighten both cam sprockets , then continue to rebuild, ensure you remove timing tools, add oil and water b4 you turn the key!!!!!!
