cannot get the metrics clip on the pipes?

took my metric box of to clean as heater not working now i cannot get the heater pipes clip on any surgestions plz

it would be a lot easier to answer if all vehicles were the same,but unfortunatley they are not!!!and what is a metric box?

some are push fit with spring clips,some are hose clips but yours are a mystery as to what motor you have and what you did to remove the hoses,complete lack of information.
