Tv technicians help',,'?

Ok here's my problem: i hav a lcd 24' tv. ,but its been a while since i bought so its 1 yr warranty is over. The tv got blue opaque circle [ 2- 3 ] about 5cm diameter [maybe its less, im not sure].so maybe u'll tell the screen got screwed up but the strange thing about this is when the circles were smaller [yep ,they started to grow but now they stopped]they were moving accross the screen. Now read this carefully; lets say the circle started at the lower part in a corner of the screen name PointA ,IT moved slowy everyday till a day it moved to the other end of the screen name Point B. Normally point A&B shuld both be messed up 'right? WRONG, point A has become normal but point B is screwed ,CAN ANy.1 tell what happened to the tv and what can i do to fixed it up? Thanks '.
