Mend Vauxhall Zafira 06 Starts

IDS+ light staying on - Vauxhall Zafira 06?

Hi,

My IDS+ light keeps staying on and the car starts bouncing all over the place. Is there anything I can do to fix this without taking it to a dealer? Driving is awful at the moment.
