dish washer won't drain?

dipomat 8342 dish washer set program, machine starts fills with water doe's a bit of program after 10 mins starts beeping all lights flashing ,check filter no water under float all drie there,had the door off check all wireing, tried to reset but it won't.
please is there any one with a answer .
