how can I fix my electric garage door gt52-einhell?

Ensure you know how to link remote to the control panel and control panel to remote if its necessary.

1. Turn off power to the control panel/motor for around 10 minutes.
see what happens when you re power it.
if it closes properly job done. if not try next removing remote batteries for 10 mins see what happens.
Check if the door has an 'override switch usuall a rubber strip on the bottom of the door so if it come up against and obstruction the motor is switched off by the safety switch this stops persons getting injured and also protects the door if a hard object is in the way. This safety system is similar to those on rear of some lorries when backing on to a loading bay it protects the lorry and the bay by applying the lorries brakes and anyone behind who thumps the rubber bar it does the same applies lorries brakes. Bet you didn't know that!
