why is tumble dryer not heating?

my white knight sensor dry tumble dryer is only spinning round but not getting hot. why could this be happening?

Your element may be dead, a thermostat may be faulty. There might be some other electrical fault.

I fixed it.

On the rear if these models is a red button which will reset the machine if it cuts-out.
