Can't open rear passenger door on Vauxhall Astra 2006 plate?

Hi, All my other doors and boot work absolutely fine on the central locking but this door won't unlock from outside or inside. We have had the door panel off and everything we can see looks and sounds to be working ok. Could this be something as simple as a fuse??
