Mend Panasonic SVHS 880 Recorder Model Tape

Svhs recorder won't playback tapes?

My Panasonic model SVHS 880
When i put a tape into playback the tape gets hooked up and won't replay and I have to fiddle to get tape out as its hooked up inside when cassette ejected !

I beleave roller sticking ? On loading any ideas as electrical shops say not worth messing around with, however although its old and analogue it has low usage and did a good recording from Sky , thanks
