I have a Citroën c3 and iv just had it mot'd on the advisory they said I need rear bump stops as they are missing, when I asked what they were they said don't worry they ain't major. Now when I get in the back of the car it creaks. Is this because I have no rear bump stops. It's my 1st car and the only thing it failed on was admissions which cost me 500quid now its a diesel and 20 quid a yr road tax so shouldn't it be environment friendly, starting to think iv been done over :-(
I wouldn`t think your rear bump stops missing would cause creaks,more like a dry bush,what did they do to repair your emissions for the mot?An injector can cost up to £400 now and there are four of them so you see how costs can climb quite steeply,other than that it is hard to say if you have been done without more information.
