Central locking fault?

The central locking started to play up on my 08 plate Zafira. First of all the near side rear door would not open from the inside or outside even though I could hear the soleniod, intermitantly the other doors do not open either I have to press the open and lock buttons on the key fob many times and then the other doors open but not the passanger side rear. I removed the central locking fuse to check and now I get no responce from the key or the interior locking button. HELP !!!
