blinking standby light on shneider 29M301?

Hi all,
I have shneider 29M301 which has a LG philips tech inside of it. a week ago, the tv won't start immediately, I had to turn it on and off many times in order for it to turn, and the image is always flipping, and the sounds come and go. yesterday. I turned my tv, as usual i got the standby light, i tried to turn it on from the remote.. but the light just flahes... what could cause this problem?
