Diplomat 610 Fan Double Oven?

Our Diplomat oven main door will not shut flush to the oven and when opened drops below the horizontal position at an angle which could cause the glass to drop out. We heard a snapping sound when the door came down just before the problem. The hinges appear okay but that must be the problem. Any advice.
