hi ,had the same problem ,timer not working ,first you need to have allen key ,screw out the two screws in the handle ,pull of the nobs ,unscrew the screws below the panel ,have to open oven door and pull down the door to the grill ,the screws r under there ,then the panel should pull forward.ok .
