i have vaxuall zafira and the key remote it does not work at all?

if you seperate the key and fob to change the battery for new one may work ???? be carefull when removing the battery as they are temprementle and solider can snap off when its change and back together insert it into the ignition with ignition lights on press lock button and it should sync back to the car if still no joy contact me on
