fix my hot towel rad?

here goes,close left control beneath the radiator.open half a turn only.leave other side [right]open but not full.turn bedroom radiators slightly.this will help diver vert better flow evenly to bathroom rad.

i would check the valves on the bottom of the rad to see if they open they should be turned clockwise. and if u have a thermostatic valve sometimes these stick if they havent been in use for sometime. another idea may be to turn all the other rads off and see if the towel radiator warms up
