nissan almera tino 03?

hi guys.....im new to this forum and i have a problem which im hoping you guys can help me out with......
couple of months ago my remote key would open and unlock my car but putting the key into the barrel to start the car would cause a light on the dashboard (car shaped with key shape in middle) to come on and would flash....the car wont start......got stranded and had da rac come out.....he eventually got it started by rubbing the key around da dashboard or wiggling the key in the barrel.....now you can imagine everytime this would happen.....playing with the key in the barrel......i had new keys made and they worked fine but today its started again and da locksmith has said that its not a key problem but a immobiliser problem with communication to the ECU........any ideas please?
