how do i fix my thomson 120h dvd player?

my thomson 120h dvd player (2 weeks old) was working fine untill, while watching a dvd, it froze/crashed. tho when i restarted the dvd player, it would work for 20 minutes and then crash again. after this event repeating itsself a few times, after the last crash, it just stopped working overall.. i can't reboot and it plainly doesn't do anything anymore. anybody got any ideas? greetings, Sander
