Mend Mondeo Dash Lights Counter

Dash lights on and off clicking in glovebox speedo and rev counter spinning?

I have a 2005 1800 zetec mondeo my problem is when I start car the rev counter and speedo go fully to the right then rev works speedo dosen't battery light ABS seatbelt there is a clicking coming from glovebox area like a relay sticking
