How to fix pooling of fluid on the hood?

I guess I should have made my prior post a question instead of an answer... sorry bout that...
I had Ford replace both the nozzles and the motor, but the fluid still pools on the hood. Does anyone else have this problem with their Focus? Mine is a 2008 SES
