Mend Water Condenser Dryer Checked

Pump Won't stop running?

The pump that sends the water to the water holding resovoir at the top of my condenser dryer will not stop running. I have checked the float and the micro switch at the bottom of the machine and the switch does change over ok. So why is power still being fed to the motor?
