How can I fix my alarm?

Following a power cut my Gardtec 800 alarm displays the message "Gardtec 800 v2.2 Log size 1". I cannot remove this message and when I enter the code it beeps but nothing happens

Then a manual, as it has crashed and died.

Remember, mains is present and you should not open the panel without isolating it.
