boot working intermintently 05 micra?

Hi Guys
I bought a Nissan Micra 05 ,great car but the boot has a mind of its own and chooses when it will open and when it wont,real problem for the weekly shopping as I have to access the boot through the back doors, phew
anyone got any helpful advice
