The 944 Handheld IDIS Programmer can be used to program IDIS devices and diagnose faults on IDIS buses independently of an 8136 control unit.
The unit comprises a keypad and LCD display, and is powered by four AA alkaline batteries. Three quick release terminals at the top of the case allow you to connect the Sig, 0V, and 12V leads of any IDIS device.
