Mend Beko BDW13 Dishwasher Program Appliance

bdw13 been stored?

our bdw13 has been stored for several years and having connected it up the 'delay' symbol shows 19 and no program lights come on...just sits there sulking

As it was only used two or three times before we went away i'd like to fix this..

any ideas????
