The tube in my toilet doesn't drop I have to do it by hand?

Is it fixable or do I need a new toilet? I have to put it down by hand after I flush in order for the water to fill up in tank

hi it sounds like the ball on the end of the rack is touching the side of the bowl you need to try and move the ball so its clear from the side and it should work fine
