Mend Smart Locking Front Doors

how can I fix the central locking on my Smart car?

The front doors will not unlock using the keyfob, however, the indicators still flash when the button is pressed but there is no unlocking noise. The boot still opens fine with the keyfob, and I can lock the whole car with the keyfob aswell. I have chaanged the batteries in the keyfob for brand new ones from Smart, but no change! Please help!
