how can i fix my TX 400 sportcraft?

my treadmill has been working fine for months, then it started making a squeaking noise like its rubbing against something. so i tried adjusting the bolts at the back to center the track , but when i walk on it at slow speed it hesitates... and stops when i step on it. what can i do??
