Mend Sharp Carousel Microwave Not Heat Up

Microwave does not heat up?

I have a 1994 Sharp Carousel Microwave Oven that does not heat. The fan and display work and the turntable does not turn. It works normally if I pull slightly on the door handle while it is running. Could the problem be the door switches, and how can I replace them? It looks like there are only four screws holding the cover on. Help.
