how can I fix my Bosch washing machine? 300series model #wfmc2201uc fault ?

My Bosch's door will not open and I have clothes in it, the fault # E-13 came up...I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestion in the manuel...I think the E-13 is too much detergent or wrong kind, too many suds...I've tried to re-wash and rinse them many times, but the E-13 code always comes up...can You help me?
