Mend Zanussi TC7102W Drum Rotate Tumble

Drum won't rotate?

I have a zanussi tc7102w tumble drier. The drum will not spin unless you give it a helping hand. I took the top off and there is a buzzing coming from the controller behind the timer switch? If you turn it on and then give the drum a spin away it goes any thoughts
