Are the fuses intact?
Have you a test meter, an eyeball is not a scientific instrument.
Did you connect it correctly as in polarity?
What are the panel indicators/led/lcd readouts saying?
It is a good but basic solid panel. It needs a lot to destroy it.

Answer the above and we can assist further.
Also look up the works "Please" and Thank you in advance"
It works wonders and I bet if you have children you teach them this.

Hope you had the battery replaced by someone who knew what they were doing ? ,

Is the power LED lit?, and a tad more info from you would be great.
