Mend Diplomat Elite Oven Timer Cookers

Does anyone know how to work the timer on a Diplomat Elite Oven ?

I have a Diplomat Elite Oven which has stopped working after a power cut. The Auto Timer is flashing and no matter what mode I put it in or button sequence I hold I cannot get it to reset
